Disclosed is a fire-extinguishing device for a cokes fan. The present invention comprises the following: a cokes fan (100) for storing cooling water; and a cooling and fire-extinguishing unit (200) which is selectively stored inside the cokes fan, and includes multiple meshes (210) with the size smaller than the particle size of falling cokes (2) on the bottom. The multiple meshes is separated from the cokes fan (100) after the falling cokes (2) is cooled by the cooling water filling the cokes fan (100), and the cooling water is only discharged when the meshes are separated from the cokes fan.
