The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically assembling a needle and a needle handle. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically assembling a needle and a needle handle, capable of automatically assembling the needle handle serving as a handle with the needle inserted into a human skin when applying acupuncture to the human skin. The present invention provides the apparatus for automatically assembling the needle and the needle handle, in which a needle-needle handle insertion and assemble process including a procedure of inserting continuously fed needles into the needle hand, a procedure of gripping the front portion of the needle inserted into the needle handle, a procedure of forming a bending part having a zigzag shape at the rear portion of the needle in the state that the needle is gripped and cutting a bent rear end, and a procedure of fixedly inserting the bending part formed at the rear portion of the needle into the needle handle as the needle is pulled forward due to the movement of a grip part, a process of cutting a rear sharp part of the needle, and a process of cutting the front portion of the needle into a predetermined length are performed at a time, thereby greatly improving the productivity of an oriental medial needle, significantly shortening working time, and remarkably improving workability. |
