The system comprises a student ID card, a card reader authentication device, a second authentication device using student voice tag or fingerprint, a control monitoring unit having a database system and processing unit, means for translating attendance time into a colour coded attendance sheet and grade and means for sending SMS, email, smart phone, data, periodic reports to students, parents and instructors. |
