Provided are a method and a system for providing PTG assignment service. The method for providing PTG assignment service according to the embodiment of the present invention selects a PTG who makes a tour schedule selected by a tourist among different tour schedules made for tour targets selected by the tourist as a PTG of the tourist. Accordingly, the method can achieve customized tour plan making service quality improvement due to competition among PTGs and respect for selection of a tourist, and thus can improve satisfaction of the tourist about PTG service. Ultimately, the method can increase level of tour satisfaction of the tourist.
