PURPOSE: A method for producing amino acids from livestock blood is provided to prevent blood contamination by spraying Aspergillus oryzae to places and paths where blood exists in slaughterhouses. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing amino acids from livestock blood comprises the steps of: spraying Aspergillus oryzae to places and paths where blood exists in slaughterhouses (10) for preventing contamination due to various bacteria; collecting bloods from slaughterhouses; and adding protease to the collected blood and decomposing proteins in the collected blood. |
