PURPOSE: A composition for diagnosing multi-cancer is provided to screen cancer by supporting a conjugate containing one or more different antibodies and nanoparticles in a polymer and conjugating the antibody on the surface of the polymer, and to enable secondary and tertiary cancer screening. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing multi-cancer contains one or more antibodies which recognize cancer-specific antigen, nanoparticles which bind to the antibody, and a biodegradable polymer. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of generating a conjugate of a gold nanoparticle and a first antibody which recognizes the cancer-specific antigen; a step of generating a conjugate containing a second antibody and a fluorescent nanoparticle by ionic bond; a step of mixing an oil phase in which the biodegradable polymer is dissolved in chloroform, and a solution containing the conjugate of the first antibody and the gold nanoparticle, and preparing a first solution; a step of mixing the oil phase and a solution containing the conjugate of the second antibody and the fluorescent nanoparticles, and preparing a second solution; and a step of mixing the first and second solutions and dropping the mixture of the first and second solutions to a polyvinyl solution; and a step of treating by ultrasonic wave.
