<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of shortening a time for detecting a motion vector. <P>SOLUTION: This image compression device 1A includes: an operating part 20 for inputting a motion instruction to give motion into a screen as instruction information; an instruction information analyzing part 111 for analyzing the instruction information to specify contents of the motion instruction; an image generating part 112 for generating image data of a predetermined screen for forming a moving image on the basis of the contents of the motion instruction; a reflection information acquiring part 113 for acquiring reflection information onto the predetermined screen of the motion instruction on the basis of the contents of the motion instruction; and a compressive encoding part 120 for performing compression processing of the image data to generate compressed image data, wherein the compressive encoding part 120 has a motion vector detecting part 121 for using the reflection information to detect a motion vector between screens of a first screen and a second screen to be a relation between before and after time sequentially among predetermined screens. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
