<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive electroconductive paste which enables to directly form a conductor paste pattern on an unbaked insulating paste layer. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive electroconductive paste includes an electroconductive inorganic powder, a photosensitive organic component, and a compound A represented by the following general formula (1) and a compound B represented by the following general formula (2). (1) HO-(R<SP>1</SP>O)<SB>n</SB>-R<SP>1</SP>OH, wherein R<SP>1</SP>is 2-4C alkylene; and n is an integer of 2-4.
