A light-irradiating beauty device includes: a cutter; and a light-irradiating part that is placed beside the cutter, and is configured to irradiate light. The cutter includes: a retractable trimmer blade including a movable blade and a stationary blade; an operation means configured to protrude the trimmer blade from the beauty device or retract the trimmer blade into the beauty device; and a driver for driving the movable blade along the stationery blade. The driver stops moving the movable blade when the trimmer blade has been retracted into the beauty device by the operation means.
