<p>The invention discloses a hand-held tool having a housing with a gear head, having a motor shaft that can be driven in rotation by a motor and that can be coupled, by means of an eccentric coupling mechanism, to a tool spindle in order to drive the latter, wherein the tool spindle can be driven in an oscillatory rotating manner about the longitudinal axis thereof and is configured to receive a tool, wherein the eccentric coupling mechanism has a coupling member which is coupled to the motor shaft and to the tool spindle, and wherein the coupling member is furthermore mounted pivotably on a carrier element coupled to the housing.
