PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal foam and an electrochemical stack equipped with the metal foam are provided to reduce contact resistance between components of the electrochemical stack by respectively arranging metal foams on a current supply plate and a separating plate of an unit cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a metal form is as follows. Polyethylene as a binder and carboxyl methyl cellulose are melted in the water to manufacture mixed solution. Metal powder is added and mixed in the mixed solution. After adding and stirring thickener in the mixed solution in which the metal powder is mixed, slurry is manufactured. A template foam is impregnated in the slurry. The impregnated template foam is dried. The excessive slurry is removed by compressing the template foam. The template foam removing the excessive slurry is dried. The dried template foam is heated at a fixed temperature to remove the template foam. |
