The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus of mulching paper incorporated seeds for seedlings therein for direct sowing, which enables to farm by directly spreading mulching paper on a paddy field where rice seedlings are planted by producing the mulching paper in a roll form in the state that rice seeds are incorporated or attached using mulching paper so that man and woman, and young and old are able to easily plant rice without using a rice transplanter when rice seedlings or barley seedlings are transplanted in a paddy field. The manufacturing apparatus of mulching paper according to the present invention comprises a body unit (100) consisting of a frame; a power controller (110) controlling the power supply and operation of mechanical devices; an operation unit (200) consisting of a speed reduction motor (201), a first roller (31a), a second roller (32a), a 20th roller (50a), a winding roller (85) and a fixing axis (90); a bonding unit (300) consisting of a fourth roller (34a) and a roller heater (65), and thermally pressing with supplied power; a hopper unit (400) dropping seed members by rotation of an eighth rotary shaft (83) and a ninth rotary shaft (39); an upper pulp supply unit (450) placed on the top of the mulching paper; a lower pulp supply unit (460) closely adhered to the bottom of the mulching paper; a cutting unit (500) having a cutter fixed to the front end for cutting the mulching paper; and a material supply unit (550) supplying mulching base paper with insertion into an 18th roller (48a). |
