Each of the discs is composed of first flow path grooves (12) and second flow path grooves (13). The first flow path grooves are formed in an arch shape. Both ends of the second flow path grooves are bent toward the first flow path grooves. One end of each first flow path groove is located at the center of the second flow path groove.
