PURPOSE: An offshore plant is provided to perform the loading and unloading work in a pool completely isolated from the sea to achieve safe loading and unloading of freight. CONSTITUTION: An offshore plant (1) comprises a main body (100) and a berthing part (200). The berthing part is formed in the main body, isolating the surrounding areas of a ship from the sea to safely berth the ship in the presence of waves. The berthing part is a barrier wall (210) with a door (220). The ship is received inside the barrier wall. The barrier wall is protruding from one side of the main body to the sea. The door is formed inside the barrier wall. |
