PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing epoch-making electronic parts by which only non-defective units can be left by changing a rotational acceleration of a winding shaft during winding to adjust a winding hardness, and an element with a misregistration of a lead terminal is not conveyed to an assembly process or the like which is the next process, while making it possible to eliminate positive/negative lead terminals in wound elements getting out of opposite normal positions as defective units. SOLUTION: While defining a reference accumulation rotational number of revolutions of a winding shaft 3 until lead terminals 2 (2P, 2M) of either of positive and negative ones are detected from the start of winding, a tolerance of the reference accumulation rotational number of revolutions to the non-defective units or the defective units is defined. If an accumulation rotational number of revolutions of the winding shaft 3 until the positive/negative lead terminals 2P, 2M are detected resides within the tolerance, an element 1 is left as the non-defective unit. If the accumulation rotational number of revolutions of the winding shaft 3 is out of the tolerance, a subassembly of the element 1 during winding is eliminated as the defective unit. This invention is characterized by a configuration which adjusts a winding hardness by changing a rotational acceleration dω/dt of the winding shaft 3 during winding and leaves only the non-defective units.
