Frequency tunable filter with dielectric resonator

The filter has a stack (100) of dielectric elements (101, 102) placed inside a closed metal cavity (103). One of the elements is movable in rotation with respect to another element around a rotation axle (X). The elements have forms such that total geometry of the stack is different in positions (p1, p2) of the former element. The stack forms a resonator (R1), so that the filter has center frequency when the former element is in one of the positions. The stack forms second resonator (R2) so that the filter has center frequency when the former element is in the other position.
