PURPOSE: A translation brokering system capable of recommending a user through a translation brokering service related with an SNS and a method thereof are provided to broker the user to handle the translation when translation for the data of a variety of languages is needed. CONSTITUTION: A translation broker site providing part (1410) provides a translation broker site. A subscriber confirming part (1420) confirms a subscriber, who has configured the translation brokering services to be coupled to an SNS, among every subscribers. An SNS user information providing part (1430) provides the information of the confirmed users and the information of an SNS user who is related with the confirmed user through the SNS to the other subscribers.
