The present invention relates to a thin film permanent concrete form for a prefabricated frame and a manufacturing method of the thin film permanent concrete for a prefabricated frame which are provided to remove the problem caused by leaving the thin film in the prefabricated frame even after concrete is cured by lightening the materials of a permanent concrete form to the maximum and by fabricating the permanent concrete form to be integrated with a prefabricated frame in a factory, and to utilize an external reinforcing material as a base material to which finish materials adhere by exposing the external reinforcing material to the surface of a column as a recycling material when the external reinforcing material is removed. The thin film permanent concrete form (10) comprises internal and external reinforcing materials, and a thin film (11). The internal reinforcing material is an L-shaped or a Z-shaped steel base material welded to an L-shaped steel bar horizontally at constant intervals which is a main vertical material of a prefabricated frame. The external reinforcing material is an L-shaped or a Z-shaped steel base material attached to the thin film vertically at around 300 mm interval. The thin film is reinforced by the external reinforcing material. The thin film permanent concrete form for a prefabricated frame makes the thin film bent for forming a curved surface by fastening the thin film, which is reinforced by the external reinforcing material, through a process of spot-welding, pop-riveting or screwing on the spot facing the internal material and meeting a third material for supporting concrete lateral pressure.
