摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate expansion decoding processing of a moving image, and to prevent increase in the device scale. <P>SOLUTION: An expansion decoding device is used for subjecting moving image data imaged by a plurality of cameras and subjected to compression encoding to expansion decoding.
