The device has a support contained in a body (1) of a reactor in divided form, where the support is provided with a ball with diameter ranging between 4 and 10 mm. The support is formed of inert support of a ball in a mineral inert chemically, naturalness or synthetic. The support is an inert support made of chemical, natural or synthetic mineral inert ball. The photocatalysor e.g. metallic oxide or titanium dioxide, is deposited on the ball of the inert support in a layer ranging between 1 to 10 pm and/or 0.5 to 20 grams per meter square.
