<p>The method comprises coaxially introducing a molten metal using a casting pipe (4) or a core in a continuous manner into a mold cavity formed between the core and mold, solidifying the molten metal by cooling during introduction of the metal from outside to inside of the mold, and subjecting the molten metal directly to further processing by a hot rolling after leaving the metal from the mold. An independent claim is included for a device for casting a pipe with a ring-shaped molding cavity between a cylindrical core and a mold shell forming mold.</p> |
