The present invention relates to a marine tunnel module structure using an internal restraining hollow reinforced concrete cross section. The present invention includes a concrete unit forming a hollow; an internal pipe unit formed on the inner circumference of the hollow; a flange including a plurality of inner bolt holes and a plurality of outer bolt holes individually formed on an inner frame and an outer frame and a plurality of couplers formed between the inner bolt hole and the outer bolt hole; and a longitudinal reinforcing bar connected between the coupler.
