<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an organic solar cell module and the organic solar cell module manufactured by the same are provided to easily integrate the organic solar cell module by forming a photoelectric conversion layer and a second electrode without a special patterning process through oblique deposition. CONSTITUTION: Multiple first electrodes (210) separated from each other are formed on a substrate (100). A separation protrusion part (300) is formed on a part of each first electrode. The separation protrusion part includes one of an ultraviolet hardener, epoxy resin or a photosensitive polymer. A photoelectric conversion layer (220) is formed on each of the first electrode. A second electrode (230) is formed on each of the photoelectric conversion layer.</p> |
