The device for processing real time group buying according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a location determination unit for determining whether a terminal device is located in a shopping area; a communication unit for suggesting real time group buying for a particular product within the shopping area, receiving group buying suggestion information for a particular terminal device located in the shopping area, transmitting the group buying suggestion information to the terminal devices excluding the particular terminal device which are located in the shopping area, and receiving group buying participation information from the terminal devices which participate in the group buying among the terminal devices located in the shopping area; and a condition checking unit for checking whether the group buying participation information meets a limited time condition included in the group buying suggestion information.
