The present invention relates to a surface acoustic wave element. More specifically, the surface acoustic wave element includes at least one integral transducer including a plurality of comb teeth-shaped electrodes. Among the comb teeth-shaped electrodes, the outermost electrodes and the inside electrodes are connected to ground terminals, respectively, which are electrically disconnected. According to the present invention, the surface acoustic wave element is able to improve the stop-band attenuation characteristic of a surface acoustic wave filter while maintaining the pass-band characteristic and to secure the quality of the pass-band frequency by enhancing the attenuation characteristic of uneven surface acoustic wave filters in various forms.
