SPRAY-DRIED LAUNDRY DETERGENT PARTICLES

Spray-dried laundry detergent particles comprising:
(a) organic detersive surfactant;
(b) inorganic carbonate salt;
(c) essentially no zeolite builder;
(d) essentially no phosphate builder;
(e) essentially no bleach; and
(f) other detergent ingredients,
wherein from 5wt% to 25wt% of the particles are small particles having a particle size of less than 250 micrometers,
wherein from 75wt% to 95wt% of the particles are large particles having a particle size of 250 micrometers or greater, and
wherein the ratio of (i) the organic carbon to inorganic carbon weight ratio of the small particles to (ii) the organic carbon to inorganic carbon weight ratio of the large particles is in the range of from 1.00 to 1.25.
