The present invention relates to a manhole cover and a manhole composed of a manhole supporting frame and, more specifically, to a manhole cover and a manhole composed of a manhole supporting frame which comprises: a first compound material layer; a first glass fabric layer formed on the upper surface of the first compound material; a second compound material layer formed of the upper surface of the first glass fabric layer; a reinforcing bar layer formed on the second compound material layer; a third compound material layer formed on the upper surface of the reinforcing bar layer; and a second glass fabric layer formed on the upper surface of the third compound material layer. The manhole cover and the manhole composed of a manhole supporting frame comprising the above structure is provided to reduce manufacturing hours and production costs since the separated processes for solving the problems of a manhole such as deflection, twisting and cracking are not required and to improve the manhole work for the convenience of workers and to prevent the manhole being stolen, which becomes a problem caused by the price rise of metal material. |
