The present invention relates to a multi-pouch health pillow, comprising a main body (1) of the pillow having a rectangular outer plate (1a) and a bottom plate (1b) joined by a zipper (J) to be able to be opened and closed; a cushion part (2) arranged at both sides of the bottom plate (1b) of the main body (1) of the pillow; a rectangular pillow pocket (3) arranged in the region of a pillow part (a) between the cushion part; a compartment (4a) for a vertex pillow part contained through the opening part (3n) of the pillow pocket (3); and a pouch bag (4) having a pair of compartments (4b) for a neck pillow part; and a pouch (5) filled with a filling material (m), which is contained in the compartments (4a, 4b) in the pouch bag (4), through an opening part (5n). The multi-pouch health pillow variably arranges the vertex pillow part (A), the neck pillow part (B) and two earlobe pillow parts (C) using the pouch (5). The multi-pouch health pillow can be used more usefully with different materials filled in the pouches because a user contacts with the vertex pillow part (A), the neck pillow part (B) and the earlobe pillow part (C) even if the user changes a sleeping posture during sleep. |
