<p>The invention relates to a holding apparatus (1) for a kite comprising a coupling element (2) for connecting to a trapezoid and a triggering mechanism, which can be connected to a kite via at least one line (6), wherein the triggering mechanism has a slider (5), which can move along a guide element (4), wherein said slider is pre-clamped to a starting position by means of a spring element (25), wherein the slider (5) fixes a pivotably mounted lever (10) in a position when in the starting position and can be moved against the force of the spring element (25) out of the starting position in order to unlock the lever (10) and thus open the coupling element (2) and/or to separate the coupling element from the guide element (4). According to the invention, an overload protection (13) is additionally provided in order to interrupt the transmission of force between the line (6) and the coupling element (2) in the event a force between the at least one line (6) and the coupling element (2) is exceeded.</p> |
