PURPOSE: A device for acupuncture using wave energy is provided to give a patient vibrations or rotational stimulations not depending on manipulation of an operator, thereby maximizing effects of acupuncture. CONSTITUTION: A device for acupuncture using wave energy comprises a metal needle (100), a wave energy generator (200) which generates wave energy and delivers the wave energy to the metal needle; and a controller (300) which controls properties of the wave energy such as strength, direction, and duration of the wave energy that is delivered by the generator to the metal needle. The wave energy generator is characterized by delivering the wave energy to the metal needle, in a contactless manner.
