<p>The present invention relates to a dryer having a plasma high concentration odor treating function, which comprises: a vacuum chamber in which objective materials containing wastes are received; a blade being installed within the vacuum chamber and pushing the objective materials to inner walls of the vacuum chamber by rotation; a blade driving motor installed to rotate the blade; a plasma generating unit generating plasma for heating the vacuum chamber; a odor feeding tube connected from the vacuum chamber to a plasma generating side of the plasma generating unit; and a vacuum pump installed at the odor feeding tube, and feeding odor to the plasma generating side of the from the vacuum chamber through the odor feeding tube by pumping to vacuumize inside of the vacuum chamber. According to the present invention, the dryer has a high efficiency in drying wastes such as dewatered cakes, food leftovers, and sludge by implementing a high-efficiency drying function by plasma, and high odor treating efficiency by burning odor generated from the wastes with the plasma during drying, thereby making it easy to dispose the wastes and preventing environmental contamination resulting from waste disposal.
