An information providing device which provides screen data including an advertisement display area, to a terminal device through a network, acquires posting information registered in a site on the network, and specifies a commercial transaction target based on the acquired posting information. The information providing device calculates the degree of attention of the commercial transaction target specified based on the acquired posting information, and determines the commercial transaction target which is an advertisement display target, based on the calculated degree of attention. |
