<p>The drive device (9) has a container (14) which is driven along guide structure from the lower position to the upper position. A power transmission device is adapted to transmit the linear movement of the container into a rotational movement of a drive shaft for driving the generator. The set-up tube (23) of the guide structure is connected to an inlet (12) and an outlet (13) through the container. The opening (26) is opened when the container is in the lower position, and the opening (30) when the container is in the upper position.
