The present invention relates to a sterilizing device of a water cooling and heating device, particularly to a sterilizing device of a water cooling and heating device which comprises the following: a discharged water sterilizer (32) properly discharging drinking water stored inside a drinking water tank (10), and sterilizing the drinking water using an ultraviolet ray sterilizing lamp (20); and an air sterilizer (33) including an air passage (38) surrounding the ultraviolet ray sterilizing lamp in a spiral form, passing external air flowing into the drinking water tank (10) whenever the drinking water is discharged from the drinking water tank (10) through an air passage (38) before inserting the external air into the drinking water tank, sterilizing the external air with ultraviolet rays of the ultraviolet ray sterilizing lamp (20), and flowing the external air into the drinking water tank (10). |
