The present invention relates to a construction method for an interior/exterior insulating panel, and a supporting frame and the interior/exterior insulating panel used in the same, wherein the construction method comprises: a supporting frame manufacturing step (S1) of manufacturing the supporting frames (110) to be fixed to an inner and an outer wall, wherein the supporting frame (110) consists of vertical frames (100, 100'), horizontal frames (200, 200'), and fixed frames (220); a supporting frame installing step (S2) of fixing the supporting frames (110) manufactured in the supporting frame manufacturing step to the inner and the outer wall with fixing units (100a); an interior/exterior insulating panel manufacturing step (S3) of manufacturing the interior/exterior panels (300) by attaching panel fixing brackets (400) to the rear side of insulating panels (P) with attaching units (400a); an interior/exterior insulating panel installing step (S4) of fitting and coupling the panel fixing brackets (400) installed at the rear side of the interior/exterior insulating panels (300) to the coupling grooves (101, 201) of the supporting frames (110) fixed to the inner and the outer wall; and a packing and finishing step (S5) of performing packing treatment and finishing treatment between the interior/exterior insulating panels (300) and an interior/exterior insulating panels (300) adjacent to the same using silicone. |
