The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stainless steel using a hot metal produced from a shaft furnace. The method includes a preliminary treatment step in which a hot metal is dephosphorized, a revolving furnace decarburizing step for decarburizing the hot metal in a revolving furnace. A ferro-alloy is inserted to the hot metal at a rate of 20-30 kg/min·ton-steel during the decarburizing step.
