PURPOSE: A conductive paste composition is provided to have excellent electric conductivity, to have excellent printing printability, and to have excellent micropattern. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste composition includes 40-80 wt% of a conductive powder, 5-30 wt% of a binder resin, 1-20 wt% of a hardener, and 5-50 wt% of a solvent. The average particle diameter of the conductive powder is 1-5 micron, and the tab density is 3-5 g/cc. The conductive powder is selected from silver, nickel, copper, aluminum, gold, carbon nanotubes, carbon black, graphene, and a mixture thereof. The binder resin includes a high molecular weight polymer resin with a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-100,000 g/mol, and a low molecular weight resin with a weight average molecular weight of 500-10,000 g/mol. |
