The invention relates to a mulching vinyl cutter device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mulching vinyl cutter device for forming cutout portions at the uniform interval. A mulching vinyl cutter device, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises a motor, a belt for receiving a driving force of the motor, a cutter pulley to be rotated in conjunction with the rotation of the belt, a cutter disk that is interlocked with the rotation of the cutter pulley as a cutter blade is installed, multiple cutters, and an idler which rotates along with the rotation of the belt and which is installed between the cutters. |
