<p>PURPOSE: A system for preheating pulverized coal is provided to preheat pulverized coal by recycling waste heat discharged to the outside through a blast furnace stave and a blast furnace riser tube, thereby saving energy used in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: A system for preheating pulverized coal comprises a blast furnace heat discharging unit (100), an exhaustion heat recovery unit (200) and a pulverized coal preheating unit (300). The exhaustion heat recovery unit is connected to the blast furnace heat discharging unit. The pulverized coal preheating unit is connected to the exhaustion heat recovery unit.
