The rotation number detection unit detects the number of rotation of the motor (21). The control unit controls the motor (21) by operating the driving circuit (10). When the number of rotation of the motor (21) exceeds a predetermined value in the control stop of the motor (21), the control unit (4) turns on a contacted point (7b) of the relay (7).
