<p>A light emitting diode according to an embodiment comprises first and second side surfaces which correspond to each other; third and fourth side surfaces which have lengths longer than those of the first and second side surfaces and correspond to each other; a body having a cavity in the upper part thereof; a first lead frame which is arranged under the first side surface of the body; a second lead frame which is arranged under the second side surface of the body; a first light emitting chip which is arranged on the first lead frame arranged in the cavity; a second light emitting chip which is arranged on the second lead frame arranged in the cavity; and a molding member in the cavity, wherein the lower surfaces of the first and send lead frames are flat, a first lead frame includes first to fourth extension parts which respectively protrude in the direction of the first side surface, the second lead frame, the third side surface and the fourth side surface based on the first light emitting chip, and the second lead frame includes fifth to eighth extension parts which respectively protrude in the direction of the second side surface, the first lead frame, the third side surface and the fourth side surface based on the first light emitting chip.</p> |
