A system for rescuing an emergency patient comprises an RFID tag, a portable RFID reader, a national emergency management agency server, and a public office issuing system. The RFID tag stores a set of unique identification information of a patient. The portable RFID reader recognizes the unique identification information from the RFID tag of the patient and requests the personal information of the patient through a wireless network. The national emergency management agency server confirms the unique identification information of the patient who is requested from the RFID reader. The national emergency management agency server provides and manages the information of the patient. The public office issuing system issues the RFID tag of the patient who is registered in the homepage of the national emergency management agency. The present invention is provided to easily recognize the patient and rapidly offer a customized patient service in case of emergency by issuing RFID tags to a social vulnerable class.
