The present invention relates to a device for refining high purity molten steels, comprising: a tundish; a molten steel accommodating unit positioned inside the tundish and accommodating the molten steels supplied from a ladle; and a droplet forming device including a droplet forming unit positioned inside the tundish and including a plurality of droplet holes changing the molten steels delivered from the molten steel accommodating unit into the droplets. The droplet holes are classified into a plurality of droplet hole groups having different heights. The device is capable of reducing the inclusions and total oxygen amounts of the molten steels and improving the break surface stability of the molten steels when a casting speed is reduced. |
