摘要 The present invention relates to a structure which collects waste heat generated when treating steel refining slag in a slag atomizing facility which treats for recycling molten steelmaking or ironmaking slag waste generated from steel works and iron works and utilizes as wet steam. A steel slag atomizing system comprises: a waste heat absorbing hood which absorbs high temperature waste heat by-products by being located in the upper part of a location where arsenic acid slag is heaped; a waste heat by-product pumping line which transfers the high temperature waste heat by-products absorbed by the waste heat absorbing hood to the outside a treatment field; a fine particle precipitation tub which settles and precipitates the fine particles of the waste heat by-products transferred by the waste heat by-products transfer line; a wet steam transfer line which transfers wet steam generated from the fine particle participation tub; and a wet steam extrusion hood which is connected to the wet steam transfer line and spurts the transferred wet steam to inside the treatment facility in inclined downward directions by being installed in the upper part of the slag treatment facility distanced from the waste heat absorbing hood.
