The invention provides a forming method of binding agent layer with good appearance, which can uniformly coat an amount of binding agent on a guard film frame with wider breadth without no coating or overflowing. The film binding agent continuously dips and at the same time the disgorging exit moves to coat, wherein the width of the external diameter of the component with the disgorging exit is at the range of 60-120% of the width of the guard film frame. The binding agent can be uniformly coated, even though the guard film frame has a film binding surface with wider width, or different widthof film binding surfaces of the long side and the short side, or beyong four angular section, without no coating or overflowing. Thus a film binding agent layer with good appearance can be formed. |
