Pneumatic piston vibrator for conveyor installations - has air pressure regulating throttle and damping chamber

Pneumatic piston vibrator is used to produce oscillations used in conveyor and sorting installations. An air pressure nozzle (2) leads into a housing (1) and applies pressure to a swivel piston (5) already under spring pressure (4) through an integral air pressure storage (3). The piston is supported through an attachment (5') fitted to it on a damping chamber (6) formed both by the attachment and a recess in the housing. The damping chamber (6) has outlet bores (7) of a greater diameter than the diameter of the air pressure nozzle. A throttle is fitted in front of the air pressure nozzle permitting regulation of the air pressure supply.
