PURPOSE: A method of processing a casting roll profile for a magnesium thin plate casting is provided to manufacture a 2 coil, and a 3 coil at a same time by utilizing a 2000 width magnesium thin plate casting device with a coil of a level capable of performing an existing 600 width magnesium warm rolling strip casting. CONSTITUTION: A method of processing a casting roll profile for a magnesium thin plate casting comprises the following steps: a top roll (110) and a bottom roll (120) are symmetrically processed to two before deformation profiles (P) in order to fit a barrel length (b) of the top roll and the bottom roll of a casting roll for a magnesium thin plate for a width (w) of a target board; the two deformation before profiles have a shape of two after deformation profiles transformed by a roll bending; and the after deformation profile determines the before deformation profile in order to maintain a symmetry with having a goal target crown in a proper roll separating force. |
