FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: reactor represents vertical capacitive device, provided with pipe sockets of input and output of liquid, solid and gaseous phases, and consists of two chambers, connected via conic adaptor: lower - of cylindrical reaction chamber, limited with bottom from below, and upper - separation chamber, limited from above with cover, with circulation tube being installed inside reaction chamber on apparatus axis with clearance to bottom. Ratio of circulation tube diameter to diameter of reaction chamber constitutes value from 0.4 to 0.7, with ratio of its height and diameter being from 1 to 10, and circulation tube enters conic adaptor with its upper cut on value from 0.5 to 2 of its diameters. Clearance between lower cut of circulation tube and bottom constitutes value g=(0.20÷0.25)D/d, where g is clearance, D is diameter of reaction chamber, d is diameter of circulation tube. Pipe sockets of input of liquid and solid phases are fixed on cover of separation chamber, with their lower ends being lowered lower than the level of upper cut of circulation tube. Pipe socket of gaseous phase input is fixed in bottom on axis of circulation tube, with distance from upper cut of pipe socket to lower cut of circulation tube constituting value, equal (0.3÷0.8)g.EFFECT: increased efficiency of hardware provision of reaction of catalytic rearrangement.5 cl, 3 dwg |
