Concrete layered chimney prefabricated component - has whole length plate inserted between tube pieces and insulating layer

The prefabricated chimney components comprise an inner fireproof layer (1), heat insulating layer (2), and outer light concrete layer (3). A layer of concrete is introduced in a flat box form and a layer of insulating slabs laid on top. The inner tube pieces are inlaid and mortar is applied to join them together. Two further side-covering insulating layers are added, then a top covering insulating layer and the form is filled with concrete and vibrated. Here a plate (4) extending over the whole length of the prefabricated component is introduced on one side between the tubular pieces and insulating layer, before the concrete layer is introduced.
