The invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology, and concerns evaluation of effectiveness clenthiazem therapy of patients with coronary disease with stenocardia and diastolic dysfunction in left ventricular hypertrophy.The method provides for Doppler echocardiography of motionless patient prior to and after treatment with clenthiazem and determination of transmitral blood flow by measurement of early diastolic filling rate. By change of early diastolic filling the treatment effectiveness is evaluated.
